Ø  Video Monitoring (CCTV)

XILOMOB uses closed-circuit television (CCTV) for safety and crime detection and monitoring purposes. We retain the information collected by CCTV only for a period of time that allows us to help regulators and law enforcement bodies. This information is kept in safe environments and access is reserved only for qualified security personnel.

To this end, we carry out continuous video monitoring of certain areas of the store and around it (e.g. some sales departments, cash registers, parking, self-service warehouse). We do not monitor in places where it could lead to a breach of your privacy (e.g. toilets). We also do not use the recorded image for any other purpose and do not carry out further analyses on it. Access to registrations shall be granted only to a small group of trusted employees and shall not be shared with anyone, with the exception of the competent authorities, as evidence for judicial proceedings. We have limited the storage time of records to 30 days and after this period, they are automatically overwritten without the possibility of being replicated.
