• How and when do we collect your personal data?

We collect your personal information when relevant to your consumer needs or our business (e.g. when you buy and/or order products and/or services from us, when you register on the website, when you contact XILOMOB Customer  Service, when you subscribe to the newsletter, when you complete customer surveys or provide feedback about goods and services, etc.).

We get your personal information directly from you when ordering certain products or services or filling out a specific form or collecting data by observation (e.g. through security cameras).

Keep in mind that this is only information about how to use personal data that you can encounter by visiting the store and website https://xilomob.ro/,making a purchase with us or using our services. In each case, you will receive clear additional information about the purpose of processing your data and, in some cases, we will also need your explicit consent.

We don’t use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you tell us it’s OK. If you wish to send you details about our products, offers and promotions.

You may ask XILOMOB  what personal data about you is being used and request access to this personal data. You may also know the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data we hold, the parties or categories of parts with which your personal data is shared, the retention period, and the source of our data that is not collected directly from you.

• provide you with a copy of the personal information it holds  

You can contact us if you want a copy of part or all of the personal information we have about you.

• request the correction of the wrongly entered data

We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. You can ask XILOMOB  to correct or remove information deemed inaccurate or obsolete.

• request the deletion of personal information      

You can ask us to stop processing or even erase the personal information we have about you. If your personal information is necessary to fulfil xilomob’s  contractual obligation towards you,  XILOMOB  may be unable to fulfil this contractual obligation. Also, if your personal information is necessary for XILOMOB  to comply with certain legal obligations (e.g. tax legislation), your application cannot be handled.

• restrict XILOMOB and/or third-party access to your data on certain processes or in full  

If you have challenged the accuracy of your data, or no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but they are required by you for establishing, exercising or defending legal requests or objecting to the processing carried out on the basis of the reasons that XILOMOB considers legitimate, you have the right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal information.

Ø  Where is your personal data stored?

We keep the personal data we collect about you in safe environments. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use,
modification or destruction by any organization or natural person. Some data is still stored on paper, but we tend to digitize all the personal data we process. Processed data is stored in XILOMOB’s PREMISES and IT systems, but sometimes we store the data on the servers of our trusted service providers.

Ø DOES XILOMOB share my data with third parties?

The protection of your privacy is important to XILOMOB, therefore we will never distribute your personal information to a third party for purposes other than those described in this Policy. As you know, XILOMOB is a national  retailer (retailer)  and we work with other companies within  XILOMOB. This means that we sometimes share personal information within  XILOMOB,using our group’s IT systems. In addition to the above, we may transmit your personal information to our trusted partners outside XILOMOB,who maintain XILOMOB IT systems, or provide you with services on behalf of XILOMOB. XILOMOB will not retain your personal data for a longer period than necessary to achieve the specific purpose of use.

We use your personal data in a number of different ways, mainly for fulfilling xilomob’s contractual obligations to  you, but sometimes also to improve your
shopping experience, direct marketing and security reasons.

Ø  Processing of orders and provision of services

When making a personal   purchase in the XILOMOB  showroom (product exposure room)   or through the XILOMOB website, depending on that case, you may be required to provide certain personal data that will be necessary for the proper management of your purchase. This will occur especially if, in addition to purchasing XILOMOB products, you decide to use one of the services, such as delivery or assembly. Also, to process your order by ensuring that the personal and financial information provided is accurate, we use trusted third-party payment systems to ensure that your payment is secure and that your details are not used fraudulently. If you wish to pay for goods and services online,  XILOMOB  will request payment information, including credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
